Our principle
We treat personal information with discretion. We collect only what we need, we use it only for legitimate purposes, and we never sell it. Anyone who reaches Kopyan Holding does so with the expectation of confidentiality, and we honour that.
What we collect
We collect personal information in two ways:
- When you write to us. If you email partners@kopyan.com, press@kopyan.com, hello@kopyan.com, or any other Kopyan address, we receive whatever information you include in your message — typically your name, email address, organization, and the content of your inquiry.
- When you visit this website. Our hosting provider logs basic technical information for security and reliability purposes — including IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies.
How we use it
Information you send us is used solely to respond to your inquiry, to maintain records of correspondence, and where appropriate, to evaluate potential investment relationships. Technical logs are used to operate the website, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: (i) service providers who operate the website infrastructure on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations; (ii) professional advisors (legal, accounting) where strictly necessary; and (iii) where required by law or legal process.
Cookies and analytics
